Team Topologies Mapper

Model an organisation with the four fundamental team types β€” stream-aligned, enabling, complicated-subsystem, and platform β€” and the three interaction modes β€” collaboration, X-as-a-Service, and facilitation. Place teams from the toolbar, drag the ring on a team to connect it, or edit the text; everything stays in sync. The horizontal axis is the implied flow of change β€” left to right, toward production β€” and a platform normally sits beneath the stream-aligned teams it serves. Save to get a shareable link and iterate through the version history.

Note: canvas edits re-serialize the text and drop // comments and blank-line formatting (title, teams, interactions and notes survive).
